Your key Responsibilities:

  • You will spearhead the implementation of critical data initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and data leadership to make sure the work we do in data is impactful.
  • You will develop program plans and roadmaps, including defining program scope, goals, and deliverables based on the Madison Partners Data Strategy.
  • You will lead cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data-driven services.
  • You will guide senior management to become ambassadors of a data-driven culture and you develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that program requirements are understood and program goals are met.
  • You will collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize key use cases that can be solved through data, analytics & IT, making sure that our clients invest their resources wisely.
  • You will manage risk and implement contingency plans as needed to ensure program success.

Your Profile:

  • You have strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • You have an understanding of how data can drive business outcomes.  
  • You’re a good facilitator and have a natural ability to convince and motivate people.
  • You have the ability to lead cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver value from data.
  • Experience in management consulting is a big plus, with valuable skills including slide creation, business case development, project management and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You are able to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (users, IT experts and top management).
  • You have a flexible, can-do attitude and are comfortable with change in an organization.
  • Your general understanding of IT processes allows you to translate their impact on business activities and make relevant recommendations to our clients.
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch.
  • You have a Master's degree or, and 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT project management.
