Your project and change management skills form a strong base to champion data & AI transformation initiatives across the organizations in our portfolio.

- are familiar with data & AI market trends and technologies.
- generally understand IT processes which allows you to translate their impact on business activities and make relevant recommendations to our clients.
- have the ability to lead cross-functional teams, including data analysts, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver value from data.
- can relate on your experience in management consulting, with valuable skills including slide creation, business case development, project management methodologies and frameworks.
- feel comfortable in the role of change facilitator for data related topics.
- are able to manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and you are able to convince different types of personalities as you possess the natural ability to convince and motivate people.
- have a flexible, can-do attitude and are comfortable with change in an organization.
- have strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
- work proficiently in English and Dutch and you have excellent written/oral communication skills.
- have a degree or, and more than 5 years of relevant experience in IT/business management, economics, or engineering.
The job
Lots of responsibilities and ownership, through which your mature personality excels:
- Working with top-level clients in demanding and complex environments, which is both enriching and challenging.
- Guiding senior management to become ambassadors of the data & AI transformation and eventually a data-driven culture
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the transformation requirements are understood and strategic goals are met.
- Leading cross-functional teams including data analysts, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality data-driven services.
- Managing the overall roadmap with corresponding milestones and budget.
You like to take care of things, and you're very hands-on about it too:
- Developing transformation plans and roadmaps, including scope, objectives, goals and deliverables following the Madison.Partners methodology.
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify and prioritize key use cases that can be solved through data, analytics, technology & AI making sure our clients invest their resources wisely.
- Managing risk and implementing contingency plans as needed to ensure transformation success.
- Spearheading the implementation of critical data initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders and data leadership to make sure the work we do in data is impactful.
