Senior Management Consultant Data & Transformation

Your Role
- Learn about the customer’s business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs.
- Facilitate the translation of the business strategy and digital/IT strategy into a Data Strategy via workshops and boardroom sessions.
- Define and architect long-term solutions regarding data governance, data quality, data integration, ethics, etc…
- Set-up a corporate Data Management Office managing the roadmap of data-related initiatives and monitoring organizational change.
- Onboard & guide senior management to become ambassadors of a data-driven culture.
- Promote the usefulness and importance of being data-driven in all layers of the organization.
- Lead the transformation team and ensure client satisfaction.
- You’re dedicated in finding pragmatic solutions, serving our customers’ needs.
Your Skills
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in digital or data-driven transformations.
- Affinity with data, predictive analysis, machine learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience with managing a team.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- You’re able to prioritize work under pressure and deal with deadlines.
- You’re a good facilitator and have a natural ability to convince and motivate people.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
