- are familiar with data & AI market trends and technologies.
- generally understand IT processes which allows you to translate their impact on business activities and make relevant recommendations to our clients.
- have experience aligning data initiatives with strategic objectives.
- can relate on your experience in management consulting, with skills including: understanding customer challenges, translating complex information in a clear and understandable manner, slide creation, etc.
- pursue high quality standards.
- are able to manage relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and you are able to convince different types of personalities as you possess the natural ability to convince and motivate people.
- have a flexible, can-do attitude and are comfortable with change in an organization.
- have strong analytical, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
- work proficiently in English and Dutch and you have excellent written/oral communication skills.
- have a degree or, and more than 5 years of relevant experience in IT/business management, economics or engineering.

You like to take care of things, and you're very hands-on about it too:
- Assess the data maturity of our clients and advise on the journey to become more data driven.
- Lead inspirational workshops to create awareness on the value of Data & AI and generate buy-in.
- Strategy Development: collaborate with stakeholders to define the organization's strategic goals and objectives, and translating them into a data strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy.
- Develop a tangible transformation roadmap where strategic objectives, data initiatives and the necessary foundations are aligned.
