We are seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our Management Consultancy firm based in Ghent. We help companies develop their data and AI strategies through strategic roadmaps and execution support. As a Strategy Consultant, you will be essential in helping our clients transform their businesses. This role goes beyond typical project management by focusing on strategic thinking and understanding business needs. You, and your team, will guide companies through major changes using data and AI to improve their strategies and performance.
As (senior) Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' business transformation journeys. Unlike traditional project or program managers, this role emphasizes strategic thinking, business acumen, and change management rather than a purely technological focus. Your primary mission will be to guide organizations through comprehensive transformations, leveraging data and AI to enhance business strategy and performance.
