Strategy Consultant
Apply for this jobWe are seeking a Strategy Consultant to join our Management Consultancy firm based in Ghent. We help companies develop their data and AI strategies through strategic roadmaps and execution support. As a Strategy Consultant, you will be essential in helping our clients transform their businesses. This role goes beyond typical project management by focusing on strategic thinking and understanding business needs. You, and your team, will guide companies through major changes using data and AI to improve their strategies and performance.
Your responsibilities...
- Organize workshops with the executive committee on the added value of data and AI.
- Evaluate the maturity of all existing data and AI initiatives.
- Translate business goals into a tangible and measurable roadmap that leads to concrete projects.
- Manage projects and ensure accurate follow-up on the execution plan.
- Guide senior management in change management to transform them into ambassadors of data and AI.
What we look for...
- Master's degree in fields like Economics, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Strategic Management, or Business Analytics.
- Minimum of five years of experience in management consulting or a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and a talent for storytelling.
- Strong business profile, with a willingness to grow into this role; a technical background is a plus.
- Familiarity with market trends and technologies in data and AI. Knowledge of data concepts, data warehousing, and various data and BI platforms is essential. Experience with AI is an added advantage.
- Dutch- and English-speaking (or native)
